The Zurich start-up Doodle is the world’s leading online scheduling tool with more than three million users a month – most of whom come from Germany, Switzerland and North America. The main strengths of Doodle are the simplicity of programming that works on all online calendar systems as well as for users of paper diaries.

Christian und Francois Dallmann are young Swiss entrepreneurs and DALCO owners who have developed and made ​​supercomputers.

DALCO, headquartered in Volketswil, Switzerland, are one of Europe’s leading producers of cluster-based Linux solutions in the field of supercomputing and the leading supplier of Linux-based solutions in Switzerland. Daniel Gorostidi’s accomplishments are strongly anchored in the corporate culture at ELCA. He has played an influential role in the last 30 years of the company's 40-year history. Daniel Gorostidi was born in France, grew up in Spain and is now a Swiss national. He joined ELCA (formerly Electro-Calcul) immediately after graduating from the Federal Institute of Technology (EPFL) in Lausanne. He took over the helm at ELCA in 1994. In 2000 he successfully implemented the management buyout initiated a year earlier in response to shareholders' wishes, and one year later he became the company's majority shareholder as well as Chairman of the Board of Directors. Under his leadership, ELCA has continued to grow both locally and internationally.
